You can see various different types of Resident Evil 4 mods here. Once downloaded, just open the file.Then drag and drop the contents of that file somewhere on your desktop. NOTE: "Zip Extractor Pro" is not needed for any of these files on that website. Use Leon's normal outfit to see the modded character. It comes with character voices too, but they aren't fully voiced of course. These links will lead you to modded files that allow you to use female characters in the main game in replace of Leon.
